For those members already involved in competitive cycling at all levels and those who would like to experience the thrill of competition for the first time, iCycle offers comprehensive winter fitness and technique rides together with comprehensive support aimed at helping you to become the best that you can be. 

Starting racing for the very first time can be scary: Which races? Which venues? British Cycling? LVRC, NDCA? What's a SPOCO?. Don't worry, we have all been there (some of us still are), but with lots of race experienced iCycle members at hand you always have plenty of advice and support available, with regard to which events might be best for you and how to arrange for a race licence. As the race season progresses, enjoy being part of the iCycle team that targets specific events throughout the year, or just lend your support; its always appreciated. Whatever your experience and aims, we can help you and you can help the iCycle team.

The progressive ride schedule includes group riding techniques and discipline along with a progressive and comprehensive fitness programme aimed at preparing you for the start of next year's racing season. Even if you don't intend to race, the winter programme will help you become a better and fitter cyclist than you have ever been.
