Short Sunday Ride
This is a shorter ride than the other Sunday Club Ride. Ridden at a more leisurely pace, it is designed for riders who are relatively new to club riding or who have been off the bike for a while and just getting back into it.
Those who sign up for ‘Social’ will be led by a Ride Leader who will ensure that the pace is comfortable for these riders (probably around 14-15mph).
More experienced or fitter riders wanting to cycle the Short Sunday ride at a quicker pace will be expected to sign up as Intermediate and to ride independently of the slower group. They may also wish to nominate their own Ride Leader on the sign-up page.

As Ride Leaders have volunteered to give up their time please sign up for this ride by 7.00pm on the Saturday evening. This will allow the Ride Leader to make other arrangements should there be insufficient numbers for the ride to go ahead.
