A ride that generally lasts around 30+ miles / two hours, meeting outside The King's Arms in Cardington, and riding at a pace to suit all.

It is intended for riders who are new to group riding or who have been off the bike for a while.

There will be experienced riders within the group who will provide assistance in aspects of group riding.

This is a 'no drop' ride, so especially suits newer riders, building their confidence for longer rides. If numbers are sufficient we often split into a faster and a slower group by consent of members on the day.

There is scope within the route for cut-offs should the distance be too demanding. Equally, there are additional loops that can be added for those that wish to cycle further.

There is the opportunity for a coffee stop at the end of the ride.
