08.30 start for Fast riders; 09.00 for Intermediate and Social riders.

Please note that the following must apply:

- groups will be limited to 6

- groups should be established at the start point

- all groups should nominate a ride leader to ensure that Covid-19 and road rules are observed

- faster groups should start first

- there should be 10 minutes between each group starting

- 1m+ distancing should be in place (this is the latest British Cycling advice)

- Please remember your face covering
