Build stamina and duration for long distance rides with iCycle.

Riding distance is a totally different discipline from racing or time trialling and requires different training.  A beginner will find 60 miles quite a challenge until experience and hours in the saddle increase stamina and duration to a point where you will be striving for 100 miles, then 150 miles. Even 200 miles in a day are not beyond the realm of most riders after the iCycle programme of regular and frequent long rides and integrated fitness training.

Members just starting out on such training don't need to worry about being left behind, unlike some clubs we don't operate like that at iCycle, no-one gets left behind, here at iCycle we appreciate that we all had to start somewhere and our philosophy is one of encouragement and support, especially for those new to cycling and with that in mind we cater for all levels of fitness and ability with groups graded accordingly and you will soon be surprised how quickly you will progress

Interesting and challenging etapes and sportives will all provide the opportunity to improve your experience further and push your duration and distance a little further each time.
