This is a ride of approximately 31 miles. It is intended for riders who are new to group riding or who have been off the bike for a while. There will be experienced riders within the group who will provide assistance in aspects of group riding. There is scope within the route for cut-offs should the distance be too demanding. Equally, there are additional loops that can be added for those that wish to cycle further.

There is the opportunity for a coffee stop at the end of the ride.
