Refreshments at The Workhouse, Brixworth

Please note that there are four ride categories. The Fast category is aimed at those who expect, in normal summer weather, to ride at 19+mph; Fast-Intermediate category for those aiming at 17-19mph; Intermediate at 15-17mph; and Social at 13-15mph.

This ride will start at 08.30

- it is important that all groups should nominate a Ride Manager to ensure that road rules are observed.

- The rule of 6 will no longer need to be followed. We will, however, keep the group sizes to manageable numbers

- please remember a face covering - it may be required for the refreshment stop
