Please note that there are four ride categories. The Fast category is aimed at those who expect, in normal summer weather, to ride at 19+mph; Fast-Intermediate category for those aiming at 17-19mph; Intermediate at 15-17mph; and Social at 13-15mph.

This ride will commence at 09.00 for all ride groups

- it is important that all ride groups nominate a Ride Manager.
